The purpose of this policy is to make the process understandable, give people multiple ways to contact us, and support consistent internal review.

When appropriate, personnel or other people involved may be asked for information.

Raising a discrimination or accessibility concern does not prevent you from using any external process or legal right available under applicable law.

8. No Retaliation

Good-Faith Complaints Should Not Lead to Retaliatory Treatment

Our policy prohibits retaliation against a person for raising a good-faith complaint or grievance, requesting an accommodation, reporting an accessibility or discrimination concern, raising a safety issue or participating in an internal complaint review.

This does not prevent ordinary transportation decisions based on legitimate factors such as availability, passenger weight, mobility needs, vehicle capacity, route, scheduling, safety, payment requirements or the transportation service requested.

Complaint rights and transportation requirements are separate Filing a complaint does not guarantee that a future ride can be accepted, but any future booking decision should be based on legitimate transportation considerations rather than retaliation.

Our Internal Process Does Not Remove External Rights

This policy is an internal company process. Nothing in it is intended to prevent a passenger or other person from contacting a government agency, consumer-protection body, law-enforcement agency, court or other external organization when applicable law gives that person the right to do so.

Which external process is appropriate depends on the issue, jurisdiction and law involved. We do not state on this page that any particular agency supervises or licenses our business unless that relationship has been separately verified.
